Testimonials are not traded for monetary gain and all feedback or suggestions used on this website are genuine, without compensation given. The names and descriptions for people are real and any content deriving from any other individual is credited where appropriate.

Acceptable Use / License 

Users are not able to create a personal account or upload their own content in the form of text or imagery to this website. Therefore your ability to partake in forbidden activities and harmful uses of this website is limited. Generally, we have the ability to revoke any associations with individuals who are discriminatory or pose a harm to others as well as attempt to contribute content of ill-nature to the site, email or on our social media platforms. As this site does not produce or sell software or electronic goods these terms do not detail a licensing agreement. 

You can purchase coaching services and associated products, however this is done externally from this website. Similarly, you can subscribe to my email list, however there is no paid plan associated with this. All prices on the website show no hidden fees and tax is included. At times pricing errors may occur on the website or other social media platforms, in which case the original price is the correct price and not the price on the website, there is a chance for all clients to address this in their consultation call or prior to receiving their invoice.

All coaching packages are confirmed by telephone or email and all clients receive an invoice once payment has been received. You have 24 hours to cancel a payment or request a refund if you change your mind. Full refunds are only granted for extenuating circumstances, for example in the event of a death of a family member or traumatic life event to yourself that would impact on your coaching experience, otherwise the deposit /the equivalent of the first coaching session is retained (£60). If a client fails to show up for an appointment or cancels at short notice the session is deducted from your payment.

All coaching services should be paid in full prior to commencing any coaching activities and all fees agreed are fixed at the time of booking. If a payment is received late then coaching will be paused and commence after payment has been received. All notices to request a cancellation or refund for coaching services should be made in writing by email with customer details included; full name, email address and coaching confirmation number. 

Disclaimer of warranties

At present, Leoni Cachia Coaching does not sell any physical products or deliver any physical merchandise. All journals are PDF format and therefore no warranty for services can be issued. If and when this changes, the terms and conditions will be updated. As a guide all refunds should be made within 14 days of receiving physical products. 

Promotions and contests may be applied to the website at any time. The terms and conditions for these will be included in these at the time, these will include the official rules, eligibility requirements, as well as clear information about the prizes or discounts on offer. Other social media platforms as well as WordPress.Org may be used to convey these promotions and it is important for you to know that these promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with these external platforms.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Disclaimer

If any errors in the information, materials provided or an omission of important information occurs, I am not to be held liable for damages that arise out of them. Additionally, I shall not be liable for any personal or financial loss including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, linked to utilising my services. This particular clause regarding compensation is included in all written contracts and you have consented to it under the law if you have signed a coaching agreement or contract. Please be aware that the following clauses cannot be included in limitations of liability and as a consumer you also have consumer rights: Confidentiality, refusal of services, wilful misconduct, bodily injury, death, damage to physical property, violations of applicable laws and gross negligence.

Additional General Terms

This agreement does not infer rights on any other parties.

You must be aged over 18 to use my coaching services.

This agreement has been constructed in accordance with the law of England and shall be governed by the law of England. I hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If users do not adhere to this agreement then they waive their rights as a user or client and are no longer protected by this agreement.
