Consultations are free 20 minute initial appointments to assess your needs and suitability for Leoni Cachia Holistic Care. They are delivered by telephone. All services are £60 per 50 minute appointment and £40 for 25 minute Reiki & coaching appointments. The information below details the nature of each service and the level of commitment necessary. The number of sessions we agree on will be based on your goals and difficulties identified in your consultation, assessment and ongoing collaborative reviews.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY
CBT is a brief, person centred psychotherapeutic modality and an umbrella term for an array of tools and techniques concerned with thought and behaviour change to alleviate emotional and physiological distress. LIFESTYLE COACHING
Life coaching is also a brief, person centred practice, with sessions focused on guidance in all life areas and towards personal and professional goals. The emphasis of sessions focuses on overcoming challenges by identifying what is keeping an individual stuck and planning steps of behavioural change. REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese body work technique for energy healing. The complimentary therapy works by targeting ‘ki’, (also known as ‘chi’ or ‘qi’) universal life force energy and the electromagnetic fields to help improve a variety of health related areas.
