I use traditional coaching and CBT informed tools to encourage you to challenge and change the limiting perspectives we all experience, helping you to implement useful behaviours to your daily life. I’m the kind of coach you’d want to work with if you want to re-discover your interests or purpose, feel more comfortable being your authentic self, develop self-esteem, self-confidence and living more intentionally or in alignment with purpose, develop motivation and discipline or explore career options based on your core values and unique strengths.
Maybe you question your identity, abilities or roles in life following a life-adjustment or you have a hard time coming to terms with how you see yourself in comparison to how others view you. Maybe you constantly compare yourself to others or feel that you should have achieved more by a particular milestone. Maybe you want to explore how to live within the restraints of systemic issues or existential questions. Or maybe you wish to genuinely feel relaxed in your down time or attain better quality sleep.
